Nice big house right near the beach and overlooking the back estuary. Good for watching the tide come in and out. Clean, tidy, and everything labeled in the kitchen. More than enough space for everyone. Will bring more people next time. Very comfortable. Only suggestion would be to consider for one of the downstairs bedrooms to have 2 single beds (for kids) rather than a queen bed. Would definitely recommend 100%. Another great stay in the Great State of Maine! On to Georgetown and Five Islands next!!
The house was AMAZING! The location was a couple minute walk to the public beach and quick (10-30 minutes), easy drives to multiple great places. The views from the house were incredible, the pictures are not filtered and don’t do the actual view justice. The house is laid out in such a way that multiple families or people can be there and not be on top of each other and have their own space. The only issue we had was our interaction with the property management company. They were cold and robotic to deal with, they took away from the comfort and warmth the house really has. Having to call 800 numbers for simple questions, to not speak to the same person, to get multiple different answers is off putting, let alone your Airbnb message box filled with same automated message. Ultimately we didn’t allow it to take away from our trip and I would highly recommend the house, but thought it should be said about who you would have to interact with.
Beautiful home. It was immaculate and very spacious. Three kitchens and three areas to hang out.Every room was nice. The view of the river in the winter was lovely to wake up to every morning. We stayed in the off season and it was worth every penny. We would definitely stay again. One thing to be aware of is the parking situation. The driveway fits multiple cars, but they will need to be shuffled around and it is tight.

We had a family girl’s trip for a 2 day getaway. We had more than enough room and appreciated that most bedrooms had their own private bathroom. We will definitely stay here again!!
