Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Beautiful garden for outdoor dining & barbecue. 3-minute walk to the shops, takeaway joints, and coffee shops. 300 metres to the University of Reading, 1.8 miles to the Oracle shopping mall, 2.4 miles to the Reading train station, 1.5 miles to Royal Berkshire Hospital and 10 minutes drive to join the M4 motorway. This house has 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms( 1x walking shower and 1x bathtub with shower), a dining room, lounge, Garden, and a parking space. Two of the rooms have got working desks for guests who may need to catch up on work while on their holiday. We also have fast free WIFI and a smart TV for the entertainment of the entire family.

This was a great property for a university reunion - well equipped and comfortable.

The interior was old and the light was dimmed. There was a flashing light in the living room which can’t be turned off as it will also turn off the WiFi at the same time. Moreover, it’s a stay for 9 persons but the dining table can fit 4 people in total. However, the stay was clean and we definitely like it.

This is a private property in a quiet street and therefore we request all our guests to respect our neighbours' privacy and peace by not being loud. The property should strictly not be used to host parties and if this happens we have the right to ask guests to leave immediately and if need be involve the necessary authorities.
