We are a 8 min drive from white sand beaches on the Gulf, and 10 min from the quaint downtown of Venice with shops and a farmers market every Saturday. The resort has the following amenities Large resort pool, 2 sand volleyball courts, 6 shuffle board, 4 tennis, 4 pickleball, horseshoe pits, putting green, mini golf, dog park, boat and kayak launch and more! It's a 2 Bed/2 Bath manufactured home that is tastefully designed with all the comforts from home in a beautiful and fun filled community of people. As soon as you walk in you see the Living room that also comes with a sofa sleeper that can sleep 2. To your right is the kitchen and dining area with enough seating for 6. Continue on and to the left you'll see the 2nd bedroom with a queen bed and across the hall the guest bathroom with full shower. Then coming into the back of the home is the master bed with private master bath that also includes a washer/dryer combo (Also laundry onsite at the resort as well) You can enjoy the morning sun on the front porch in the front patio area. There's also a more private patio area behind the home outside the master bed and bath that is mostly shaded except for a few hours in the middle of the day.
