Jolie maison atypique très proche du vieux centre de Rouen. Nous avons pu tout faire à pied. La maison est grande, toute en hauteur et la petite terrasse/cour est vraiment agréable et très calme malgré l'emplacement.

A big house in a good location, only an 8 minute walk to the old market square in the center of town. It has 8 bedrooms, 3 on the first floor and 4 on the second floor, and 1 attic room. Mattress is fine but pillow is soft. 3 bathrooms (showers), 2 with toilets. The kitchen is handy -with a dishwasher and washing machine-, but not very big. There is a playroom with a football table and darts board and a tv room downstairs. If you want to play darts, better bring your own darts. The house is quite cozy but not luxurious. The landlord Laurent is very friendly and responsive to queries, leaving his phone number, which we needed when we locked ourselves out of the house, a problem he quickly resolved. The arrival is quite handy with the key in a secured box in a nearby house where you can also leave it upon departure. You can leave your garbage in public bins across the street. Parking can be a bit of an issue although there usually is a spot at the beginning of the street.

Très bon séjour, conforme aux photos, je recommande vivement pour un séjour à Rouen !
