Very nice couple that made our stay nice. Certain things were missing such as a toaster, kettle and cutlery and they provided us with these items quickly. Since they just started up being hosts, they are on their way to being top hosts I'm sure. We were able to park behind their garage instead of across the street. We certainly will be back next time we visit Edmonton.

they were very kind and a heads up, it isn't bad but their basement is naturally cold, so before arriving, I'll suggest to check that they have the heat up just in case. when I asked about the heat, she kindly and quickly turned it on for me. it thankfully wasn't an issue after that. the tv doesn't have a remote for changing settings, so you may need to press a button under the TV if you aren't able to see the menu for Amazon prime. easy enough to take care of. the street was quiet, my car was thankfully safe. being in a basement suite, you will head the foot steps and if talking is loud, but they do make sure to quiet down at appropriate times. this is all very normal for a basement rental. everything was clean and comfortable.

Very clean. Nice firm bed. Nice television with Netflix and prime. Roomie. It was very good value for the price!
