Sandra and her husband were both very welcoming and keen to make sure I had everything I needed. The full English breakfast was huge and set me up for the day ahead! Sandra also provided a totally delicious supper on my second night there. Lovely views from the farm up towards the moors

We had a stall at Tavistock Goose Fair and finished late setting up. We had a call from Sandra to see if we were ok. We could not get a taxi so her husband Arthur picked us up! They even tool is back the next morning at 6.45am!! Above and beyond!

This was a lovely working farm, up a single car track, it was quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was really substantial. The room was clean and comfortable with plenty of space, with a private bathroom across the landing. Although the other rooms are ensuite. Sandra went above and beyond in making me feel welcome, supplying a cup of tea when I was sitting outside. There were cats and kittens when I visited which was a bonus for me. And Rosie the dog was friendly but not a bother. If you want a quiet spot within easy reach of Tavistock and Dartmoor this is the place to choose.

Sandra and her husband were extremely welcoming and attentive to mine and the dog's needs. Breakfast was hearty and plentiful, both for the Continental style and the full English. It was a lovely stay.
