Enjoy a relaxing stay at the historic Kilworthy Farm B&B, set in its own private valley, with panoramic views over the western slopes of Dartmoor. A 150 acre working farm producing beef, lamb and pork for the table and direct farm gate sales. Follow one of our carefully marked out farm /nature trails and soak up the atmosphere of Devon wildlife at its best. Look for the tuneful Skylarks, soaring Buzzards, Badgers, Foxes, Rabbits, Hedgehogs and many more birds which visit The Garden Mistor is an en-suite double room. All bedrooms have a remote-controlled television, a well equipped welcome tray of refreshments, filtered water and toiletries. Bathrooms have power showers.

Wonderful old farm, still buildings and location. Sandra and family were amazing hosts, full of knowledge and enthusiasm, happy and helpful. Amazing breakfasts too. Perfect for me
Could recommend this place more. The host went out of their way to make me feel welcome. The room was large with a very large bathroom. It was a bit chilly at first due to being a stone property but soon warmed up once the heating was turned on. The bed was very comfy. Excellent tea/coffee facility. Tv was ok but did lose signal occassionally as did the wifi. Breakfast in the morning was exceptional with plenty of choice. Location was great even if a bit off the beaten track i would definitely stay here again with hesitation. Thank you so much Sanda and partner you made my stay so warm and welcoming. Absolutely fabulous.
Sandra was extremely kind to me when I arrived absolutely soaked through and very muddy. I was able to have a wonderful hot bath, and get everything cleaned up and dried off...and when there was a (thankfully) brief power cut, she brought me a gas heater for the interim. She offered lovely fruit cake alongside the usual fare at breakfast time. She was easy, and reassuring, to contact by phone, though did not respond to emails prior to my visit.
I really enjoyed my stay at Sandra's. The room and ensuite was large, comfortable and clean, with a powerful shower, and I really appreciated the comfy sofa and blanket to snuggle under in the evenings. Sandra and her husband were welcoming and friendly, and made a fantastic full English breakfast that set me up for full days of hiking on the moors. The farm is at the end of a long lane and you do travel a short way along a track into the farm that is predictably potholed, but my mini managed this perfectly well. I highly recommend this B&B if you are looking for a comfortable stay with lovely people and excellent value. I am sure I will be back!
Beautiful, clean, spacious room, with extremely friendly and pro-active hosts. Would recommend!

We're an old 19th century Grain Mill converted into a farmhouse, located Just outside of the historic town of Tavistock, on the edge of Dartmoor. Our beloved Farmhouse has been divided into two sides, our private family space, and the guest house where your rooms are situated. All three available rooms overlook a beautiful valley. We are a working farm so do expect to see some animals during your stay, and please be aware that during the day you may hear the work being done.
