This 6th room is adjoining the terrace garden. Terrace garden is at second floor itself (roof of 1st floor). Lift is not at property. There is a dining area with 6 people dining table on ground floor along with fully functional kitchen. Absolutely safe and secure for group stays with working space and access to open terrace garden for sunlight and relaxation. Breakfast and meals can be easily ordered online from nearby takeaways. ● FREE high speed wi-fi internet and rooms are with LCD TV with cable connection. ● FREE daily cleaning and housekeeping. ● Facility of FREE in-house caretaker. ● Fresh linens including bed sheets, quilts with covers, pillow covers and towels are changed for every new check-in. ● Tea bags, coffee sachets, sugar, milk powder, hand wash, soap, shampoo, toilet roll, napkins etc are provided FREE of charge to in-house guests. ● Flitered water through RO water dispenser. ● Nirula's ice cream parlour is located in-house at the property complex itself, making it as an additional facility and several cafes are right on the road next to our property. ● FREE terrace excess is allowed for sitting purpose till 11:30 PM for in-house guests and they will not be charged any amount for sitting at terrace or for having their normal chit chats. However, please note that terrace area must not be used after 11:30 PM even without music. In-house guests can go inside their apartment to carry on with their chit chats. ● The terrace garden has outdoor furniture as shown in pictures. The maximum capacity for having any gathering is strictly under 25 people at Rs 25k to 35k depending upon gathering/ celebration. Incase the terrace or property in general is used by visitors called by the guests or for having any party or pre-wedding gathering/ rituals/ celebrations etc, the venue rent of Rs 25k to 35k is charged additional per event of 5-6 hours. However, visitors coming over to the property are kindly requested to please leave the property before 11:30 PM. Please do not increase the maximum number of people as it is a residential area and a gathering of more than 25 people will invite police intervention and may lead to cancellation of booking. ● Music is not allowed in any get together or party. Please note we do not accept any sangeet function. ● DHOL/ LOUD MUSIC/ DJ IS STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED AT ANY TIME DURING THE STAY. ● There is a small kitchen at ground floor apartment for basic cooking needs like making tea/coffee or warming food etc, however proper cooking at the property is not allowed for events and big groups.
