A spacious 2 bedroom apartment located within a charactoristic Victorian building in the South Cliff area of Scarborough. 100m from the cliff-top Esplanade with views over Scarborough’s South Bay. Close proximity to the Spa Entertainment Complex, Italian Gardens, beaches and local amenities. 20min walk to Olivers Mount. Guests benefit from private entry, spacious living/dining room, double bedroom, 2nd room with bunk beds, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Parking provided, see note below. At the front steps lead down to a small terrace area and a quirky small front entrance door. Upon entering there's a hall for coats and shoes leading into the large open plan living dining space with light front bay window. The second bedroom leads off the living room providing bunk beds and storage space. Towards the back down the hallway the bathroom is off the the right. The kitchen to the rear with window overlooking the rear garden. The master bedroom also to the rear having a large window over looking the rear garden. A selection of outdoor furniture is provided fro guest use, front or rear to suit.
We had a great stay Mark’s place. It was comfortable with everything we needed and the location was good!

The apartment is located in a quiet street lined with Victorian properties just off Ramshill road shopping area. From the front door it is around 100m to the Esplanade which runs all the way along the cliff top down to the Italian Gardens with breathtaking views of the sea, various beaches, cliffs and overlooking the Spa entertainment complex and cliff lift.
The apartment is located very close to all amenities, you could park the car and not use it until you leave. Shops, beach, seafront, town centre all a short walk away. Parking is either on-street or on the council run car park directly opposite (Ringo 4600) - parking is included in the price - I just need a reg number to book in.
