In addition to the primary apartment, there is a large porch with doors from both the living area and the kitchen. The shower has modern exposed piping. We will provide miniature shampoos and soaps (just like a hotel would!). There is a second smart TV in the bedroom. Free parking for two vehicles in the dedicated parking. The kitchen is full size kitchen with all appliances and a separate laundry room. Coffee maker, as well as electric tea kettle, creamer, and sugar. The entire apartment and porch are for the use of our guests! The apartment is on the edge of the Sedgefield neighborhood in Southwest Charlotte. It's minutes from excellent restaurants and craft breweries. This is a rapidly growing area due to the proximity of the light rail, but still feels small.

What an amazing stay! This is a true gem in Charlotte. The house was exquisite and so very comfortable. Brian and Erica are phenomenal hosts and I would be excited to stay with them again and will most definitely recommend to others. Don't miss a phenomenal location and house.
The place was in the perfect location for all of the activities we had planned during our stay. Affordable ubers/lifts to downtown Charlotte. The deck was perfect for a night in to enjoy the beautiful weather. Brian and Erica were great, very responsive and easy to work with. Overall, a great stay!

The apartment is on the edge of the Sedgefield neighborhood in Southwest Charlotte. It's minutes from excellent restaurants and craft breweries. This is a rapidly growing area due to the proximity of the light rail, but still feels small.
There are two designated parking spaces and private entrance. We are also 0.5 miles to the light rail (and bus station), a 10 minute drive to Uptown and Southpark, and only 15 minutes to the airport.
