The Apartment is modern and has nice furnishings and a fabulous view. It was very handy for the nearby Mercadona supermarket. It is walkable to town however we took taxis back as the hill is very steep and hard to walk. The road next to property is very busy and it was tricky at times accessing the garage space which is on a blind bend and cars travel at speed along the road. Overall we had a lovely stay - would have been nice to have a Barbeque on the terrace

Spędziliśmy w apartamencie Martynas wspaniały tydzień w styczniu. Apartament jest nawet większy i ładniejszy niż na zdjęciach. Taras z widokiem na basen i ocean, z którego można podziwiać piękne zachody słońca. W odległości 100 metrów supermarket Mercadona. Do centrum 10-15 minut pieszo. Apartament w doskonałym stanie z możliwością bezpośredniego wejścia z garażu. Czyste, przestronne pokoje i łazienki. Serdecznie polecam!

The appartment looked just as described. Spotless clean, stunning views, cosy, spacious master bedroom with amazing views from the balcony. The terrace was just as amazing, we’ve enjoyed dinning there so much with those beautiful sunset views. The only downside: there’s no sound isolation whatsoever. You could hear the neighbours tv, shower, or what they are talking about.

Spacious and well equipped apartment located in nice and quite surrounding, close to supermarket. Closest beach in about one kilometer distance. Parking place in the basement of the apartment. Conformable to families with children accommodate 4 persons if necessary for short time even extra1-2 persons in the living room. Ease communication with host. warmly recommend.

Modern and super spacious apartment with a nice terrace with sea view - it's even better from the upstairs balcony. The apartment was super clean and the kitchen is fully equipped. The private garage, directly accessible from the apartment, is great, too. Playa de la Arena with all the restaurants and bars is in walking distance (steep slopes, though), a supermarket is pretty much next door. Only downside for us was that it is really noisy from the road - sleeping with open windows was hardly possible.
