Just 5 minutes to black sand beaches! The apartment with magnificent view from all rooms and terrace! Especially unforgettable ocean sunsets from the terraces and La Gomera view. The territory of apartment includes 2 bedrooms, both with terrace entrances, 2 bathrooms, cozy living room combined with the kitchen space. The complex has 2 swimming pools, adult and kids. Secured and well maintained complex. The apartment has 2 terraces: Grand main terrace 65 m2 - a beautiful lounge/chill out place with sun all day long and second big terrace 15 m2 - situated to south from Grand terrace not only spectacular Ocean and Sunset view but also Pico Teide view. The spacious living room with opened kitchen and entrance to both terraces. The apartment is fully equipped for your holiday with all family or just for solo travellers: fresh towels and linen, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a toaster and all kitchen and bath apliances.

Sehr gute Kommunikation mit Maria als Vertretung für den Vermieter. Öffentliche Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus, eventuell muss man mal um den Block fahren, um einen Parkplatz zu finden. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und gut ausgestattet. Sie hat einen Balkon und eine große Terrasse(inklusive Grill), von denen aus man das Meer sehen kann. Die Straßengeräusche sind vorhanden, aber absolut akzeptabel und kaum wahrnehmbar. Wir haben die Wohnung sauber angetroffen es gibt einige Kleinigkeiten, die in Angriff genommen werden müssten: Küchen und Klopapierrollenhalter fallen auseinander und die Messer müssten alle einmal geschärft werden. Das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau. Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet, eine Grundausstattung an Gewürzen haben wir auch angetroffen. 😄 Reichlich Handtücher sind auch vorhanden. Wir waren mit zwei Personen für eine Woche im Januar dort. Wir würden diese Wohnung nochmals buchen.

Playa de la Arena is the best original (not artificially made) volcano beach with black finest sand in Tenerife. It's about 2 minutes walking distance. Los Gigantes / Puerto de Santiago is original picturesque fishing town, lots of locals as well as tourist but not overcrowded by visitors. Los Gigantes cliffs has a monumental view, one of the most visited places at Tenerife. There are a lots of restaurants, shops right below the apartment. For example, in right direction - Los Gigantes center and Playa de Los Gigantes. In left direction - Alcala/playa San Juan. Walking/jogging /rollerblading ocean cost promenade in both directions from the apartment.
