Smart newly refurbished apartment on top floor of classic apartment block. Very quiet, spotlessly clean, comfy beds. Great views of Eiffel Tower, near the river, plenty of restaurants and shops within easy walking distance and close to transport links. The only downsides for us were an under-equipped kitchen and bare decor, otherwise it would have been 5 stars! Would recommend.

This place looked just like the pictures. It was super pretty and clean, with an amazing location and even full view of the Eiffel tower! We really enjoyed our stay.

Appartement bien aménagé et décoré avec goût. Maxence est accueillant et réactif. Il y a un arrêt de bus en bas de l’immeuble et le métro à 5min à pied que l’on peut rejoindre par le parc sainte Périne. On peut trouver une boulangerie au coin de la rue, une supérette à proximité. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Paris afin de faire découvrir la capitale à nos enfants. L’appartement est géographiquement bien placé dans un quartier plutôt calme. Nous avons apprécié nous poser dans cet appartement après des bonnes journées de marche et de visites.

Excelente anfitrião, nos recebeu na chegada, sempre muito atencioso e atento as nossas solicitações. O imóvel é perfeito! Tudo muito organizado, tudo novinho, tinha tudo que precisávamos, ótima localização, exatamente como ele descreveu. Nota 1.000
