The master suite has a king bed and large bath with a whirlpool tub and separate shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds. There is also a sleep sofa in the living room so you can sleep 8 people comfortably. Maresol condos feature an outdoor pool, tennis courts and an elevator. There are two assigned parking spots, one covered and one uncovered. Condo is a short walk to some of the best restaurants and bars in town: Seacrets, Fagers Island, Mackys, Alley Oops, Tequila Frogs and 45th St. Taphouse to name a few. *Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups.
