Welcome to our refurbished 2 bedroom flat that sleeps 4 comfortably and 6 on request. Our flat is situated in the heart of Bournemouth, just a 5-minute walk from it’s famous beach and minutes from the centre's most popular restaurants, bars, shops and cinemas. Our prime location promises you everything you could want all within a few minutes of reach during a refreshing break away by the seaside. The interior is furnished to a modern, tasteful standard and is strictly cleaned and inspected each time before welcoming guests. Lounge: Our lounge combines comfort and functionality, perfect for remote working or focused study sessions by the seaside. It features a 43” smart TV with Bluetooth, Netflix, Disney+, and Amazon Prime. The central dining table doubles as an ideal workspace, complemented by four comfortable chairs and a large sofa for relaxation. With high-speed WiFi and a portable charging station, you'll stay connected and powered up throughout your time here. Kitchen: Our kitchen is kitted out with all the utensils you could need to make easy meals during your stay. The main kitchen appliances include: an electric oven, induction hob, extraction fan, a medium-size fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster. Although we do not have a washing machine, our convenient location is just a 2 minute walk away from The Laundrette, open 7 days a week. Master King Size Bedroom 1: The master bedroom’s statement features include a king sized bed, a super size vanity mirror and black out Californian blinds. This airy spacious room will give you a comfortable dreamy nights sleep and lie in, whilst also being the perfect “preparation room” for a group. Double Bedroom 2: The second bedroom’s key features include a snug double bed, Californian black out blinds and a convenient basin giving guests an extra hygienic space where you can sanitise your hands and face as often as you wish.

A truly great stay, a stones throw away from the beach. An absolutely spotless apartment that was very modern and minimalist. Food recommendations and restaurants were great on the guide. beds very comfortable and had everything we would need for a weekend away. Will definitely be back.
The apartment was spotlessly clean, beds were very comfortable. It was quiet. The stairs up to the apartment were a problem for us. We are fit and able but 'elderly' and as they are spiral it was difficult particularly arriving and leaving with bags. The apartment is conveniently located for town centre, BIC and beach but unfortunately in quite a rundown area. We didn't feel comfortable walking in the area after dark. We managed to get the one parking spot on the first and last night but the Saturday night was a problem and we couldn't get in locally and had to park at least half a mile away.

My one-night stay here was absolutely great. I'll definitely come back when I need to be in Bournemouth again! Everything listed is there, no bad surprises and it really is a few minutes walk to the centre or the beach. The living area was great, flooded with sunlight, making it the perfect home office spot and the main bedroom where I stayed was perfect, with a bed so comfy I never wanted to leave. The only downside was how short my stay was, being so close to both the beach and town centre it would have been great to be able to hit up the local shops and restaurants. Shoutout to the host for all the little details that made my stay extra special, from the cool local guidebook to the spotless cleanliness. Whether you're after a chill beach getaway or a lively town experience, this spot has you covered. I look forward to coming back - for longer!

Our flat is situated in the heart of Bournemouth town centre, just a 5-minute walk from Bournemouth’s famous beach, a prime catchment area for The Bournemouth Air Festival and minutes from the centre's most popular restaurants, bars, shops and cinemas. The internationally recognised Bournemouth International Centre (BIC) and The Bournemouth Pavilion are both less than a 10 minute walk away ready to take your breath away with a broad range of exciting entertainment. Our prime location promises you everything you could want all within a few minutes reach during a refreshing break away by the seaside.
Our premises has 1 free parking space, which is shared between 3 other Airbnb flats in the same block. This space can be used on a first come first serve basis. If this space is occupied on your arrival there is a NCP car park just a 4 minute walk down the road charging only £9.95 for 24 hours when pre-booked. There is also free off-road parking within a 10 minute radius of the flat.
Please note, we can not be responsible for any damage caused to your car during your stay if you are unable to park in the space outside the Airbnb. Alternatively, if you are travelling via public transport, Bournemouth Train and Coach stations are approximately 20 minutes walk away and a 10 minute bus ride.
