Our stay at Michael’s was really nice. The photos are very accurate, the layout worked great for 3 couples, decor is very on trend, plenty of seating, very clear instructions and seamless transaction. The pool is pretty, with many trees around for privacy… the oaks were losing their leaves faster than we could scoop them out, but wasn’t a problem and didn’t stop anyone from using the pool. Michael was extremely responsive and seem to appreciate being told about a broken patio chair. The only potential caveat to some guests, might be the two Macaw parrots immediately next door. They are quite vocal and with their outdoor cages proximity to the back bedroom, it provided very early wake up calls. I was going to suggest to Michael, it might help to put a sound / air machine in each bedroom, to help muffle the talkative bird conversations. The colorful characters did not diminish our stay, but it could be an issue for KARENs. Would stay here again. Thanks for having us!

The house is newly renowated and well maintained. The location is really good - close to the airport. The only thing, is that the house is not suited to host more than 6 guests - no cups, chairs, lacking big table.
