Lovely house, comfortable beds and couches, big TV , basic kitchen needs, excellent cooling and heating, yard and garden needs a bit more attention lots of weeds, would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

HI the communication we had with Stay Ballarat was very good but unfortunately for a new house there are a lot of things wrong Lights all down one side of house wasnt working after 2 nights an electrician came out and find that the outside light was full of water The ducked air con was making a lot off noise and we found that the windows are not fitted properly and let air from outside in ( stay ballarat brought us out mobil air con and fans one of the toilets where leaking On our last night we had no hot water There was dust and dirt around the place and even a used cotton bud in the garage on the floor The service from Stay Ballarat was fantastic
