What a lovely place! The apartment was very clean and easy to get into. Jonathan was very communicative. A short 10 minute walk to the metro and just a couple minutes more to a nice Safeway store. A 5 minute drive to Howard University; my daughter is only a freshman so I look forward to many more stays here over the next few years! Thank you!

Nice clean basement apartment. Each bedroom has a bathroom attached. Loved the walk-in showers. Note beds are double beds but these were fine for us and were very comfortable. Nice kitchen that has basics and a full-size fridge. 5- cup coffee maker available. Small couch & chair in living area with Smart TV. WiFi was good. Cell phone calls are spotty but to be expected in basement apt. Some nice touches were available like coffees, tea, slippers in bathroom. Jonathan was very responsive. Near Safeway, CVS and we liked that it was close to Georgia Ave (Green Line) metro stop. That was important to us. This is a nice neighborhood and very walkable. We would stay here again!

The Airbnb from Jonathan is great! We really loved that place. Public transport is easily reachable. The neighborhood is quite and save. The apartment is as shown in the photos. Jonathan is kind and courteous host. We can recommend this Airbnb.

Our stay at Jonathan's place was nothing short of fantastic! Tucked away in a private location, it offered the perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The description provided was spot on, and every listed amenity and service was readily available. From the moment we stepped in, it was evident that the host had taken great care to ensure a seamless experience. The space looked exactly like the photos – pristine kitchen, clean bathroom, and spotless furniture and linens. It was refreshing to find a place free of clutter, where every corner exuded a sense of tidiness and comfort. What truly set apart was the his hospitality. They were incredibly friendly and proactive, always responsive to our queries and needs. Clear instructions were provided for every aspect of our stay. It truly felt like they went above and beyond to ensure we felt right at home. Whether it was the pristine kitchen and living area, every moment spent here was delightful. Strongly recommended
