BREAKFAST INCLUDED. SeaBatical is a new beachfront property located on Hejamady beach in Karnataka. Located equidistant from Udupi and Mangalore. Guests can take long walks on the beach and experience the mesmerizing sunset on Hejamady beach. The beach stay comprises of a 1 BHK on the ground floor, 2 Studio apartments on the first floor and a Roof Top Heaven with separate entrances for each space. Each of the units are fully private and do not have any shared space within the units. This Roof Top space is for ADULTS ONLY, children below 12 and infants allowed. SeaBatical Beach Stay: Roof Top Heaven will provide you with a unique memorable experience. 50" LED TV with Netflix subscription and floor speaker connected via Bluetooth. 1 Sea view bathroom. Kitchen area with refrigerator, Microwave, Kettle with tea,coffee and milk, purified drinking water, 3 burner hob and utensils. 2 recliners to relax and have a good time. 1 large Sea view outer space with a dinning table and 4 chairs. The bed can comfortably accommodate 2 Adults, the third guest will be provided a floor mattress 6 inch thick.

Excellent pad along with sun, sand and sea. Just the perfect place to chill. Avinash was a excellent host. A special mention to Anthony and Shiva kumar. Will be back again.
Breathtaking view, outstanding home cooked food, very helpful caretaker and an active host. Had a great time here, 10/10 recommend.
The property is very beautifully located right opposite to the beach ! And also the room was extremely clean and had everything it mentioned! Has all amenities required and more! The host Avinash is of great help and very responsive.. Special mention to Antony who helped for everything in the property and food and suggestions... must stay place.. will definitely visit soon and for longer duration!

The stay is perfect if you're looking for a place to stay in and around Mulki. The view of the sea from the balcony is really beautiful and the place has all the amenities and facilities you could hope for. Beach is literally right across the road. Avinash and the helper, Antony, were both very responsive and helpful.
