Reed and Ashley were excellent, communicative hosts. The house was spotlessly clean and better equipped with nice kitchenware and linens, fire starters, kitchen implements, USB outlet and many other necessities and extras than my own home. The nice little town of Northport was easily walkable and the lakeshore a very few minutes walk down the quiet road. We were able to drive to many exceptionally beautiful hiking areas within 10-20 minutes drive. All the beds and linens were very comfortable, with abundant nice pillows. A highlight of our visit was watching gorgeous moonrises over the lake, just down the street. We didn't get up early enough for the sunrise. I would definitely stay at this house again.

We stayed at Pinecone Place over Christmas. It was the perfect, cozy spot for our family to stay while visiting family in Northport. The house was very nicely decorated, updated, cozy. They thought of things that would make traveling easier for people. They even added a Christmas tree for our December stay. The host is very personable and kind. Very happy with our stay and would definitely stay again!

Went on your first family vacation here. Took our 7 week old and it was perfect! Would definitely stay here again! Very clean and cozy place!

This house was absolutely perfect for our Fall getaway. We walked in to an immaculate space that was open and warm. Reece and his wife have thought of everything. The decor is modem, chic, and purposefully placed in all the right places. We felt right at home and would love to stay again in the future. Thank you so much!
