I had a great stay in Piedmont. Great location, walkable to shopping and easy groceries (MacArthur BART is also walkable on a nice day), but still quiet and tucked away. Amenities would have facilitated a longer stay -- definitely recommend for one or two people!

Bonnie's divinely appointed space felt cozy, spaciously pleasant and accommodating for our travel needs and comfort. We so enjoyed the lovely patio for a peaceful morning coffee or contemplative afternoon cocktail. The quiet neighborhood was an easy walk to quaint downtown Piedmont, where we found delicious coffee spaces, various cuisines, thrifting, independent bookstores, and ice cream shops. Bonnie was kind, respectful and quick to reply and offer guidance. We look forward to returning!

We (husband and I) were in Oakland for a family event, and fully enjoyed our three night stay at this flat. The place is clean and perfectly organized for 1-2 people, including all of the kitchen basics that one might need and some thoughtful touches like night lights and an ironing board. The neighborhood is quiet and green, and the shops/restaurants on Piedmont Avenue are just a short walk away. We did not have difficulty finding parking along the street nearby. Bonnie and Ryan were very quick to reply to messages. In summary, very comfortable and perfect for our needs! We hope to return.

Had a really nice time at Bonnie’s place. The location was perfect for me to get to downtown Oakland and reach my company’s office. Super close to Piedmont Ave which is one of the coolest drags in the bay. Got to meet the hosts too who are super chill and accomodating. Will definitely book this stay on my next trip out to the bay, business or pleasure!
