Was a very nice place to stay, and the host was very nice. Never really had a problem there.

The basement looks like the pictures & the neighborhood was beautiful. There was coffee & a Keurig machine for us to use each morning. There is easy access to the washer & dryer. (we did not go upstairs & inside to use the kitchen) The only issue we had was the A/C. The homeowner was very responsive to the issues with the temperature. The 2nd day it was 78 in the unit. A maintenance man was called but did not show up. We went to Walmart & bought a fan. The homeowner brought down a fan as well. We waited all weekend & a technician arrived on Tues to advise that there is not an A/C connection to the basement, only to the upstairs. There is heat to the basement, but not A/C. Most people may not mind sleeping in 74° temps, but as for me, in Menopause, it was not comfortable. Again, the homeowner was trying to help & reached out to 2 different companies to resolve the A/C issue. Due to the temps during the day 75-78, I just have to rate at 4 stars. Everything else was great.

Great place to stay! The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, and there are lots of things to do within driving distance. UC is friendly and is always there to help. He also keeps the common rooms very clean. Overall, I give this place a 10/10. I will definitely visit again if I have the chance.

Nice location. Close the the highway for easy access. Shopping and eateries close by. Beautiful home. Very spacious room. Safe neighborhood. Little park within walking distance. Promptly addressed questions. Cold drinks and snacks upon arrival. Would stay there again.
