Cade is really good attentive host. He helped me with moving in, and I had a lot of stuff, renting two rooms for a month. However the place, that is belonging to some landlord, and Cade is managing only, needs improvements. Definitely the bathrooms need overhaul, carpets need replacing, the floors are giving terrible noises, during the day it is cold in winter, the radiators are on just once in the morning, then in the evening, not the best when you work from there. The neighbours, that live there as perms, not very fiendly, smoking in the bathrooms where there is no smoke alarms. Noisy at nights. The area is very dirty, trash on the streets, not feeling safe as well. I would not pay again the price I payed for staying there. Again, host is not to blame. But it is what it is, landlord is to blame.

I’m glad I picked this Airbnb especially as my first landing point in the UK. It’s such an amazing area. Everything you need is close by, from the supermarkets to the church, to restaurants, atms, bus stations. Everyone in the area is nice too. The house and its environs is setup to make you feel at home away from home. I was sad to leave too. I am very grateful to Cade for being absolutely helpful, kind and understanding throughout my stay. If you have problems, Cade is always on it and even if you don’t, he’ll make sure it stays that way. There are also free things to use in the house which was really nice. In my heart, I refer to the Airbnb as a soft landing and I hope that it is the same for everyone who stays there.

Here's the revised version for your review: 1- During my first visit to Newcastle, I found the location to be average. However, there was a shisha place and some fast food options within a 2-minute walk, which was convenient. 2- The bedding was clean and comfortable. The room was satisfactory, but unfortunately, the bathroom was quite dirty. There were instances of people not properly cleaning the toilet, which was disappointing. Additionally, the room became cold at night with no means of adjusting the temperature. On a positive note, the WiFi was reliable. 3- Cade was an excellent host, always quick to address any issues that arose. Overall, considering the price, I believe the experience was decent. I would rate it 4 stars.

it was exactly what was needed - somewhere to stay, which was close to St James's Park and the City Centre. it was one bus journey, which took less than 15mins from the coach station. the property is a 3min walk from the bus stop and right next to the high street, making it really convenient. the room is simple and basic, but that was exactly what was advertised. this room is on the top floor and has a large window, giving lots of fresh air. the bathroom on the first two floors aren't great, but the third one is absolutely fine. Cade provided a fresh towel, which was also handy. the room was sparse, but again, you're getting what you pay for. I'd definitely stay here again if I needed to go and watch the Footy. Cade is on site but not underneath you. the other guests were so quiet, I didn't even know which rooks were occupied.
