Our house is set back from the world famous Great Ocean Road with stunning surf beaches, scenic drives and gorgeous walks. It is in the heart of Aireys Inlet, close to all the amenities - restaurants, cafes, shops, Aireys pub, beach, inlet, lighthouse, pharmacy, medical centre and vline bus stop. Enjoy the views, everything that makes Aireys special and a private, comfortable and peaceful setting. You will enjoy beautiful views from the dining table, the lounge room, the outdoor deck and the bedrooms. Our house has a large, private backyard with plenty of room for kids to explore. There are three bedrooms with beds for 9 people and BED LINEN is PROVIDED for your stay. Bedroom 1: king bed Bedroom 2: queen bed, single bed, view Bedroom 3: bunk bed, single bed with trundle, TV, view We provide cotton bed linen and bath towels. All three bedrooms have blockout curtains and wardrobes and drawers to unpack your clothes. There is one bathroom with a shower and sink and a separate toilet. The lounge room has reverse cycle heating/cooling, a large smart TV, wood fire, high speed wifi, Disney+, DVD player and 100s of DVDs, board games and leather recliners which enjoy the view. The dining table seats 8 people and takes full advantage of the view. The kitchen has a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, kettle, toaster and pod coffee machine (Aldi pods). It has pots, pans, serving bowls and plates, dishes, plenty of silverware and a pantry with the basics for cooking. Outdoors, there is a Weber gas BBQ and table for 8 as well as the deck with bar seating for 6. The laundry has a washer and dryer and there is a hills hoist in the sun to dry clothes quickly outside too. There are games, books and DVDs you are welcome to enjoy during your stay. Our holiday house is not new, modern or flashy. It is a much loved older home that is clean and comfortable. It is a mainly level walk from the driveway to the three steps to the front door.
