If you are looking for a cheap option while visiting NYC this is the perfect choice. The position is great: there are a lot of latin restaurants and cafes in the area and you can reach Manhattan by bus (156 or 159) in approx. 35 mins with traffic (coming back at night is even faster - it runs 24h/day). The area seems very safe and we had no problems walking at night in our 11 days stay. Last but not least the hospitality was exceptional, would definitely recommend!

Marcos and Maria’s place is perfect if you want a place to visit New York City for a few days. It takes 25 minutes with the bus that leaves right around the corner. The room and the facilities were very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is very nice with lots of shops and places to eat. You get the most for your money!

Tanto Marco como su madre María son muy agradables y acogedores, desde antes de tu llegada ya te facilitan las cosas y en nuestro caso, que tuvimos problemas con el vuelo de conexión pudimos recurrir a ellos para solventar la situación, cosa muy de agradecer en momentos de nervios y tensión. La casa es familiar y acogedora bastante exacta a como se ven las fotos y dejan a tu disposición aquello que puedas necesitar. La zona es tranquila y en barrio trabajador por lo que esta bien comunicada en cualquier horario y día. Una muy buena opción calidad- precio para visitar Nueva York.

Marco et Maria très gentils, et accueillants ! Quartier très agréable, logement facile d'accès et pratique. Compter tarifs bus New Jersey : 3€50/trajet pour se rendre à Manhattan (hors Métrocard) Merci à nos hôtes ! Nous avons bien profité de NY et de ses alentours !!
