Con: First, it needs to be said that this Air BnB is on top of a night club and it was implied that loud music is only played on the weekends, but the music was very loud every night. Bring your earplugs and sleeping pills. The outside windows are storm shutters with screens and you can't shut them to block any of the noise. The nightclub is closed on Monday and was peaceful for one day. Dirty dishes in the cupboard. Most of the glasses had dark rings in the bottom and had to be washed. Showers are slippery and should have mats or something to make it less dangerous. Fan in the living room doesn't work and no fire alarm or carbon monoxide alarm despite stating that on the listing. Pro: The location is very convenient as it is very near several really good restaurants. If you're cooking for yourself there is a really good market only 1 block away. All the local residents in the area are very friendly and I felt safe for the entirety of my stay.

My family and I spent a week at Stephen's place and had a great time! The apartment was spacious and clean. The view from the balcony was spectacular. The music downstairs is lots of fun and loud after 5 p.m. (as stated in the listing description) but I brought ear plugs and was able to sleep well! As stated in other reviews, Stephen's place is in an excellent location. If you run out of any supplies, there is a great supermarket within 5 minutes' walk. We went downstairs for drinks at La Vie, and the staff were very kind and fun to chat with! The drinks were amazing too! Dion, a colleague of Stephen, was in communication with us throughout our stay, ensuring that everything was okay and asking if there was anything we needed. Dion was very responsive and friendly. We really appreciated Dion's consideration, helpfulness, and ease of communication! Thank you very much Stephen & Dion! We would love to return one day!

Great location, easy access to resturants, supermarkets and transpotation. The host Stephen was friendly, accommadating and very helpful. I love the view and the place is spacious.

The location of this space is IDEAL! Close to beaches, right next to THE BEST night club in the area. The space is big, and the rooms and kitchen are FULLY EQUIPPED, more than my house I might add. Check in and checkout were simple and effortless. Stephen is a great host, friendly and communicable. 100% enjoyed it.
