I would stay there again and the host did let us know one day in advance about the water shutting off for a few hours which I think was awesome that he cared so much he would let us know anything that would come up unexpectedly

Very clean and perfect location for walking the beach and restaurants. Worked great for watching the Oceanside half Ironman. Newer bathroom area/shower. A little sparse on the decor and furniture is tired, but served our needs well.

Paul’s beach house was exactly as described. Beautiful location and all the amenities that we needed. Paul was extremely helpful with all the information on the property and local recommendations. Highly recommend.
