We loved Cozy corner retreat. Nikita was a great host as well. She was so responsive to all of our messages (both prior to and during our stay) providing us with helpful information for our arrival, checkin and stay. Our group had 16 adults and a few 2 year olds. The place has excellent amenities and we made a lot of use of the kitchen and common space with our group. The bedrooms were more spacious than it looks and also the place is located very close to the lake. It is a great place for a large group of people to stay comfortably. I would highly recommend the place.

Our party of 5 adults and 10 kids had a good time at Nikita's place. The location of the house was very good. It was within walking distance from the beach and the local corner/grocery store. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The house is big and has 2 big family/living rooms. Even with 15 people, we didn't fully utilize the space. The kitchen is well stocked and we mostly ate in and used the barbeque quite a lot. The kids enjoyed the pool and the fire put. There were a number of lounge chairs beside the pool which was nice. The houses in the area are old and this house is of the same age. One of the living rooms had the original furnishings, which I thought was charming. Others might feel that it's dated. So, there's a bit of subjectivity to it. The stay was problem-free so our interaction with Nikita was limited, but she did provide adequate info and recommendations. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend you staying here!
