Rilassati con tutta la famiglia in questo alloggio tranquillo. L'appartamento è allocato al secondo piano e conta con due camere da letto, di cui una con letto matrimoniale ed una con due letti singoli e un lettino per bambini su richiesta; tv; e Wi-Fi; la cucina è perfettamente attrezzata con piano cottura ad induzione, microonde, lavastoviglie, bollitore, tostapane, caffettiera, pentole e padelle. Bagno con wc, bidet, doccia, vasca da bagno e asciugacapelli. Mentre all’esterno troverete un barbecue con area dedicata agli amanti della griglia. A disposizione delle famiglie con bambini la proprietà fornisce i seguenti accessori: lettino per bambini, (età max 4 anni), vaschetta per il bagno, seggiolone, zaino porta bambini per escursioni in montagna, giochi da tavolo., puzzle ecc.

Wir hatten einen rundum perfekten Aufenthalt. Kommunikation mit Lorenza war super unkompliziert! Absolut keine Wünsche offen. Lorenza tut wirklich alles, damit man sich wie zu Hause fühlt. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet. Der Garten mit dieser Aussicht ist unbeschreiblich. 100% Weiterempfehlung, würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen!

Notre séjour dans la maison de famille de Lorenza a été très agréable - la maison a une vraie âme avec entre autres son patio - la vue est époustouflante et il est bon de flâner dans le jardin très bien entretenu et profiter de l’extérieur (il y a de nombreuses icônes religieuses - je le précise car cela perturbait une de mes filles ☺️) Chouettes balades à faire dans les alentours. Lorenza est une hôte très réactive, facilitante et pleine de petites intentions 🤩 🙏 nous étions 5 car avions pris une amie de notre grande adolescente et Lorenza a fait le nécessaire en ajoutant un lit d’appoint - encore merci ☺️!

Absolutely beautiful and peaceful location! Stunning views, especially at sunrise and Sunset, words cannot do the view justice. Beautiful spacious apartment with lots of light, and you really feel surrounded by nature, far away from the hustle and bustle of some of the other touristy places in Lake Como. Lorenza, the host, was truly warm and welcoming to us, having thoughtfully stocked the kitchen with some food supplies for us, and giving us excellent tips. The garden is also wonderful! Perfect place for a family to stay, and we had a wonderful time here!

Best expérience we had in the beautiful lake como in Italy. the house is extremely well placed, not far from any other cute villages like bellagio,varrene, mellagio.... it is a calm, clean, good functional house to live that corresponds with everything we need. the little garden was a paradise, we spent so much fun time in there, the view from any corner of the house and garden was like a dream! The host, Lorenza, she is such a amazing person, warm well-coming, reactive, respective, and her families are all so nice! Thank you again for letting us stayed in your house! Highly recommend to all of you who wants a visite in this area!!

A pochi passi dall’appartamento vi si trova una vecchia mulattiera, percorrendola è possibile raggiungere i pittoreschi borghi della valle; mentre scendendo dalla strada principale si potrà raggiungere il vivace borgo di Menaggio, con il suo incantevole lago. Ma dopo una piacevole passeggiata ecco il vero segreto dell’appartamento: la tinozza finlandese vi attende in giardino, per poter fare un bagno rilassante e godersi appieno l’amenità del luogo.
A disposizione bike room con postazione per ricarica elettrica.
Parcheggio privato a disposizione degli ospiti.
E' consigliato avere l'automobile (la casa si trova a 10 minuti da Menaggio, dove sono disponibili supermercati, bancomat...).
