Positives - Great place with an amazing view and large pool. Negatives - you had to go to a different location to pick up the house key, also the directions to get to the place was quite difficult (couldn’t find the address). The house could do with some extra essentials.

Really lovely apartment, the place was lovely with views even better than the pictures. The pool was also such an amazing addition to the venue. The only downside was that it was a slightly inconvenient location, we were aware that it was out of the town when we booked but the transport links to the apartment weren’t great, we walked everywhere. Check in also required you to go to the office which wasn’t in Menaggio, we were then told we would have to walk 25 minutes with our big suitcase to the apartment. They should really have a key box at the apartment complex or offer a lift from the office to the apartment. Or if not say the apartment is only accessible by car!

The appartment is lovely located with an amazing view at the Como lake. Everything necessary is present, the hosts were very friendly and gave a detailed description regarding the accommodation. The kitchen is well equipped and fresh sheets and (a lot of) fresh towels were available. As a family of four (with 2 toddlers), we had a pleasant stay. It might be necessary to mention that there is no bakery or supermarket within walking distance and thus you need to take your car to do (any) shopping. The nearby town Menaggio is cosy, with many restaurants, ice cream parlors, shops,...

Excellent séjour ! l'appartement est propre et calme. La vue est splendide et la piscine très agréable ! Tout était parfait !
