Lovely home with amenities to give kids, pets, and adults an exceptional experience (hot tub, fire pit, games, toys, fabulous fenced-in backyard) in quiet residential neighborhood.

It's a great house, especially for families, and it's just a few minutes from everything we wanted to see and do in Lawrence. And Angelina was very helpful with the questions we had. We'll look into staying there again next time we visit.

This is a fantastic Airbnb for anyone, but particularly great for a family. It was beautifully decorated for the holidays, which made it feel even more like a home, and has so many games and amenities. Every time we come into town my nephew asks if he we are staying at the "bunkbed place", because he loves the kids room! The only thing to be mindful of, which is obviously nothing the host has any control over, is that the neighbors dog's bark pretty early in the morning. It doesn't last long and for us the house and the homey touches are well worth the barking. The neighborhood is centrally located and easy to get to downtown or nearby restaurants. We would highly recommend this Airbnb!

Clean, modern, pet friendly. In many places these are mutually exclusive but not here. If you are in tow with kids and/or pets, would highly recommend. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly want. Comfortable bed and nice bedding. Nice welcoming gift basket and holiday decorations.
