Whether spending time at Ocean Gate Beach, Splash Park, or relaxing by the pool! We are three short blocks away from the mile-long boardwalk and beach. Are you looking for something more private? No problem! Spend time in the fenced-in backyard with the pool, BBQ, and lawn games! We are short distances to Seaside Heights, Point Pleasant Beach, LBI, and Atlantic City! Our house has three bedrooms. Each featuring queen size beds. The Living room has a full-size sofa bed. Each bathroom has a walk-in shower with soap, shampoo, and conditioner. The main bedroom on the second floor boasts a walk-in closet with changing and vanity area. ❗️Pool is OPEN for 2024 season 🌊 Other amenities the house offers: * Private Pool! 🌊 (NOT heated.. FYI) * High Speed internet (great for work at home!) * 3 Roku TV’s setup in the living room, main, and first bedroom.(Enjoy Netflix, Hulu, Etc. with your own login info) * NEW- Karaoke Machine w/ two microphones! 🎤🎤 * NEW- Pac-Man Arcade Machine! 🕹️ * Cable TV in Living Room * Living Room is equipped with family games (Foosball table, Monopoly, Scrabble, etc.) * Fully equipped Kitchen * Washer and Dryer * Beach & Pool accessories (Beach cart, sand toys & pool floats) * Fire Pit w / Adirondack chairs * BBQ Grill on back deck * We provide Linens, Towels, Toiletries (hand soap, shampoo, body wash, toilet paper, paper towel & pods) 🏖️ Complementary beach badges are available for access to the private beach & splash park for children. 🎾 Pickle Ball, Tennis Courts, Basketball Courts & play ground are steps away from the house. Austin and Casey’s place was just like the pictures online …very comfortable & cozy with all the amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed the karaoke machine and the games that were available to us. A little disappointed that we couldn’t indulge in the pool due to the cold in-climate weather but everything was lovely and they were responsive when I reached out with questions.. the park and courts close by were an added bonus when venturing outside around the neighborhood . My son also misplaced his phone, but the hosts were gracious enough to return to us by mail & for that we were extremely thankful .
Things we loved the most about Austin's place: peaceful neighborhood, spacious and comfortable house. We had everything we need. Lots of things to do in the area even in mid-February.
Absolutely love this house , our weekend was peaceful and relaxing, just wanted my family and I needed. The host were extremely good they answer within 10 minutes tops. Would definitely book again
Great weekend and Austin and Casey’s place. The house is close to the beach and boardwalk. Had a blast playing PAC-Man! The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.

Steps away you will find the pickle ball and tennis courts. On the other side of the park, there is a basketball court & playground. (See pictures in listing for visuals)
There is private parking at the home in front of the our white gate fence. Can accommodate two cars in the driveway. You are able to park on the road in front of the house, but limit this to one car.
