Wake up to sweeping views of the Caribbean Sea in this light & airy, spacious unit. Ideal for anyone needing inspiration to write, create, do yoga, or simply to breathe. This space features a living room with a TV & Amazon Fire Stick, a dining area, a full kitchen, a palatial bedroom with king size bed & A/C, & an open plan bathroom (with hot shower). Our sun-heated pool is steps from your front door, just past your private patio. You'll live eye level to the infamous "Best View in Negril". Meant To Be Villas is located on Westland Mountain Road in Negril. We are perfectly centrally located between 7 Mile Beach and the West End with its famous cliffs. Our property is lush with tropical palms, flowers, fruit trees, cactus, and ferns that frame our curved concrete villa. We also specialize in growing Jamaica’s unofficial national plant (ask us for more details). Guests are welcome to peruse our garden. We also have a dog, Coco, who is sometimes joined by her pup Ragga. They are both very sweet and friendly. If you hear Coco barking at night, please understand this is a good thing as she is a protector. No matter which of our units you are staying in, all guests are free to experience the Best View in Negril which can be seen on the upper pool veranda where there are spectacular sunrise and sunset views. The pool is open to all guests 24/7. We are new owners to an older property, we are young and ambitious and have dozens of projects planned for our property to enhance our guests’ experiences while we are simultaneously raising our baby. We appreciate your patience while we work on making everything more beautiful and efficient.

AMAZING!!! BEAUTIFUL!! HEAVEN!!! This place is stunning, Even better than the photos. The views are breathtaking, to be able to see the sunrise and look at the ocean, swim and play in the pool and cool down in the bedroom with AC. it's hard to put into words what a gift being here is. Thank you to our beautiful hosts for creating this. As an artist I felt so inspired every moment. The lovely beach down the hill is quiet and perfect too!!! We loved it!!!!

I loved my stay in the Ocean View Villa, breathtaking view's across to the 7 mile Beach & surrounding area. Every morning waking up looking at the sea, after a comfortable night's sleep was perfect! A gorgeous space to relax & unwind, with everything you need. Epiphany was responsive & friendly gave me my privacy, if there was anything I needed I knew I could ask. Within walking distance to local shops, bars and the town I felt very safe. For me this was one of my favourite stays & I'm very much looking forward to returning in the near future. This is such a Beautiful place. Loved the location the views from the bedroom window & the swimming deck Amazing. Love sitting out on deck drinking my coffee every morning. They also have a Very Tasty Resturant just a few mintues away, Irie Spot. On the westend little bit off the beaten path but once u get there you will fall in love. Peaceful surroundings some Parrots in the trees little geckos here in there. At nights you can hear the little pubs done the road & it was nice to sit & listen if u r a music lover. U could walk to many Resturants & to a cute little quiet beach a mere 10 min walk. Piff was very helpful when ever we needed help or something she was quick to txt us back. She told us many nice places to go visit & places to eat at. Our son joint us 2 wks later he also fell in love with MTBV. We will surely return maybe with more family next time.If you choose MTBV u will surely love your time here. Dont pass this little gem by.

Westland Mountain Road is perfectly centrally located between the 7 Mile Beach side of Negril and the West End’s cliff side. There are many bars, restaurants, convenience stores, and grocery stores within walking distance and even a beach a 5-minute walk away. The area is safe and boasts a vibrant community consisting of locals and foreigners alike.

You can take a taxi, rental car, or bus to get to Negril. Getting around Negril is as easy as hailing a taxi. It usually costs $150JMD ($1USD/$1.31CAD/€0.98/£0.79) to get from our neighborhood to the center of Negril. If you have a rental car, you are free to park it either in our driveway (so long as our truck is not blocked) or outside of the gate where there is additional parking in our quiet and safe cul-de-sac. We will at no time reserve any spaces for any one specific guest or group. If you have a special circumstance, please contact us. Need a ride somewhere? We can call you a private taxi service or take you there ourselves if we are free and available :)

Mum to lovely baby Irie, wife, Airbnb SuperHost, half-Jamaican American expat that now lives in Negril, Jamaica. My husband, CJ, and I own a restaurant/bar/dispensary/car wash and we also have a farm. We have been to 40+ countries but have slowed down for the last few years so we love meeting and talking with our Airbnb guests about where they're from. We love learning about different cultures and we LOVE JAMAICA! :)
