This is a wonderful, quiet condo complex on a beautiful beach. The condo is well maintained and has all the amenities you need. Reliable internet connection. I will definitely stay here again.

Excellent location, spotless, and had everything I needed for a few relaxing days in Negril. Best part is the quiet family beach on the property. Stunning sunsets. Thanks, Mike and team, for the excellent service!

Very pleasant stay. Kitchen had enough tools to actually cook some means. Soap, toilet paper, towels very well stocked. Very nice safe, once I figured out how to use it. Air conditioner worked well, even though I hardly used it (I am not an air conditioning person). Great hot shower. Very easy communication with lock box and security to guide you to the place if necessary. The only thing that I was disappointed with was that the pictures showed that there was a washing machine but it was locked and not available. Mike said that there was a wash place on the complex where I could wash my clothes. I did not try to find this place but washed a few things in the shower. I did not bring a lot of clothes thinking I could wash what I had. I would recommend staying here.

Mike was a wonderful host, very responsive to any questions. The condo is exactly as represented. It is in a peaceful place with a beautiful private beach, pool area and grounds with many fruit trees. A car or transportation service is helpful if staying here and wanting to go into town, just a few minutes drive away. Loved the cozy feel of the place, the condo itself is well cleaned and maintained. Feels like a home away from home. Can’t wait to return soon. Thanks Mike and staff.

Once again, a wonderful stay at Mike’s place! Very clean, extremely friendly host, awesome location, friendly neighbors and two private beaches with access to walk 7 mile. Mikes place is the best deal at the Point and has everything you need you to live your Negril life. Thanks again Mike!
