Family Friendly home centrally located to all that the Wilmington area has to Offer! This spacious one level home has three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms plus a sunroom and back deck! The home boasts multiple living areas and dedicated work space along with a large fenced in backyard perfect for entertaining and pets. Inquire about longer term stays. The property is well suited for out of town workers looking for a home away from home. There are two pack n plays available. Only one foam mattress topper and Sheet. There is also one dog crate.

If you are visiting Wilmington I couldn’t make a better recommendation for a place to stay. Jamie the host was so helpful so quick to respond and was so welcoming from the first moment of check in. It’s right in the middle of everything downtown is 15 minutes or less and so is the beach, just a great location and a great host. Personally I couldn’t have asked for a better time. Amenities in the house such as spices,pots and pans, towels etc. just down to the last detail these people nailed it, this place sets a standard that all Air BnBs should go by.

This house was perfect for our trip to Wilmington! They made it very easy to travel with pets as they had a fenced yard that the little ones could run around in. We would love to come back as this place felt like we were right at home! Totally recommend, and the location was perfect. 15 minutes to the beach or 15 minutes to downtown!

Southern Charm is located in the Pine Valley area of Wilmington. The neighborhood is quiet and extremely convenient to grocery stores, shopping, dining, downtown and local beaches.
The driveway is sufficient for 4 vehicles plus a two car garage. If extra parking is needed, you may park on the grass next to the driveway.
