Mountain Villas 4-1 has 2 steps in with MULTI LEVEL, offers INTERNET ACCESS, and is PET FRIENDLY. This unit is rated DELUXE and SLEEPS ELEVEN. Seven steps down from the main living area, you will find the LIVING ROOM with a FLAT-SCREEN TV. The fireplace is NOT AVAILABLE for guest use. The main level offers a fully functional KITCHEN, a DINING TABLE that seats 8, a small room with a day bed and a POWDER room. Upstairs, the master bedroom has a King bed. The second and third bedrooms each have a QUEEN bed, and there are TWO FULL BATHS. The LOFT area features TWO SETS of BUNK beds and a POWDER room. This unit is a short COMPLIMENTARY SHUTTLE ride to the slopes & main resort. It is also within walking distance to the Highlands Golf Course. The DECK offers a grand view of Seven Springs Mountain Resort’s beautiful wooded landscape (GAS GRILL USE IS PROHIBITED). Parking is guaranteed for one car per unit. However, there is plenty of overflow parking available on-site within the Community.   Mountain Villas is located within a short driving distance from the main entrance to Seven Springs Mountain Resort and is located within walking distance to Highlands Golf Course.  The homes range in size from a cozy 1-bedroom to 4-bedrooms where you are sure to find the perfect fit to enjoy everything Seven Springs in the Laurel Highlands has to offer. Mountain Villas are not Ski In/Ski Out.   All homes include whole house air conditioning, washer/dryer (laundry detergent not included). Iron/Ironing board, expanded cable in the living room, dishwasher (detergent provided), bed/bath linens (shampoo not included) and a fully functional kitchen. Also, included are paper towels, trash bags, and toilet issue.  During the summer months, this unit has access to the community pool. In addition, all condominium guests are welcome to utilize the RESORT’S main indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs (reservations required).  Experience the magic of a Seven Springs vacation!
