Sunridge T2 has ZERO steps in and offers an entry level bedroom and bath, making it a GOOD CHOICE for guests that have a problem with steps. It is MULTI LEVEL, offers INTERNET ACCESS, has a PREMIUM RATING and SLEEPS SEVEN. The entry level has a LIVING ROOM featuring a FLAT SCREEN TV and a POWDER ROOM. THE WOOD BURNING FIREPLACE IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR USE. A fully functional KITCHEN offers a breakfast bar with FOUR stools. The DINING ROOM seats FOUR. Also, on this level you'll find a QUEEN bedroom with a FLAT SCREEN TV and a FULL BATH. Upstairs features a LOFT AREA with seating and a FLAT SCREEN TV. The second bedroom has a QUEEN bed, a SINGLE bed, a TV with a FULL BATH. The third bedroom offers TWO SINGLE beds, a TV and a FULL BATH. The garage (NOT AVAILABLE FOR PARKING) offers a FOOSBALL table that converts into a small PING PONG table for added entertainment.  Sunridge is conveniently located on the mountain in the Villages community. In the summer, you can relax on the PATIO. This unit is a short walk to the trail (WEATHER PERMITTING). SHUTTLE service is also available. Parking is guaranteed for one car per unit in lot, possibly two cars depending on location. However, there is plenty of overflow parking available on site within the communities.  All homes in The Villages include whole house air conditioning, washer/dryer (laundry detergent not included), iron/ironing board, expanded cable in living room, dishwasher (detergent provided), bed/bath linens (shampoo not included) and a fully functional kitchen. Also included are paper towels, trash bags and toilet tissue.  During the summer months, this unit has access to the tennis / basketball courts and the Community pools. However, our condo guests are welcome to utilize the RESORT'S main indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs (reservations required).
