Woodridge 9051 has ZERO steps in, is MULTI-LEVEL, offers INTERNET ACCESS and is PET FRIENDLY. This unit is rated PREMIER and SLEEPS NINE. The entry level has a LIVING ROOM with a FLAT SCREEN TV and a POWDER ROOM. THE WOOD BURNING FIREPLACE IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR USE. There's a fully equipped KITCHEN with a BREAKFAST BAR that seats THREE guests, and the DINING ROOM seats SIX. There are THREE bedrooms located upstairs, and ONE bedroom located on the main level. The LOFT AREA on the top floor offers SEATING. The MAIN LEVEL BEDROOM has a QUEEN bed only. Upstairs, the MASTER bedroom features a KING bed with a FULL BATH. The second bedroom offers a QUEEN bed, while the third has a PYRAMID BUNK. These rooms share the second FULL BATH. All the bedrooms DO NOT have TVs. Woodridge is in the Villages community and offers complimentary SHUTTLE service to the slopes. Relax on the DECK that offers a GAS GRILL, SEATING and beautiful wooded views.  Parking is guaranteed for one car per unit, possibly two cars depending on location. However, there is plenty of overflow parking available on site within the communities. All homes include whole house air conditioning, washer/dryer (laundry detergent not included), iron/ironing board, expanded cable in living room, dishwasher (detergent provided), bed/bath linens (shampoo not included) and a fully functional kitchen. Also included are paper towels, trash bags and toilet tissue.  During the summer months, this unit has access to the tennis/basketball courts and community pools.
