The LIVING ROOM has a FLAT SCREEN SMART TV. NO fireplace is available for use. There's a fully functional KITCHEN and the DINING ROOM seats six. This level offers a QUEEN bed, a FLAT SCREEN SMART TV with a FULL BATH. The second bedroom has a KING bed, a FLAT SCREEN SMART TV, while the third has a QUEEN bed. They share a FULL BATH. Upstairs, you'll find the LOFT BEDROOM featuring a DOUBLE bed with a FULL BATH.  Stoneridge is conveniently located on the mountain in the Villages community. This unit is within WALKING DISTANCE TO SLOPES WEATHER PERMITTING. There is a small deck with a view of the trail, which does NOT offer a grill. Parking is guaranteed for one car per unit, possibly two cars depending on location. However, there is plenty of overflow parking available on site within the communities.  All homes in The Villages include whole house air conditioning, washer/dryer (laundry detergent not included), iron/ironing board, expanded cable in living room, dishwasher (detergent provided), bed/bath linens (shampoo not included) and a fully functional kitchen. Also included are paper towels, trash bags and toilet tissue.  During the summer months, this unit has access to the tennis, basketball courts and the COMMUNITY POOLS. However, our condo guests are welcome to utilize the RESORT'S main indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs (reservations required). (NOTE : Not all Villages homes allow community pool access to rental guests.) However, all resort condo rental guests are welcome to utilize the resort's main indoor/outdoor pools. During the winter months, select condo rentals in various communities are ski-in/ski-out (WEATHER PERMITTING).
