The two Lodges at Ardmair Point are situated right at the water’s edge and they are architect designed to take full advantage of the beautiful views over the sea to the mountains. Magnificent scenery is all around, and the Lodges are situated near the North Coast 500 route, so there is excellent access to explore the Scottish Highlands. The fishing village of Ullapool is just 3 miles away with local amenities, shops, pubs and restaurants. Each Lodge has a private deck with outdoor table and chairs. The spacious bright lounge/kitchen/dining area has large picture windows which look out to the pebbled beach and water, where you can watch the peaceful view of boats, birds and wildlife. There are two bedrooms, a double and a twin, and a shower room. Cars can be parked just outside.

Sheila’s chalet was a beautiful and serene getaway for me and my family. The view is incredible and the surrounding area so peaceful. It’s a short drive to Ullapool and has a beautiful beach nearby. The chalet was clean and comfortable with everything you need. Sheila was so lovely and kind! 10/10 couldn’t recommend this place enough.

Wonderful place: stunning views from all rooms and a perfect base for exploring the area. Well-equipped kitchen and spacious living room. Convienient Tesco Superstore in nearby Ullapool. We loved our stay and would definitely return.

Ardmair is a rural hamlet on the coast of the NW Highlands, 3 miles north of the town of Ullapool, with spectacular scenery all around. The lodges are next to Ardmair Point campsite which is open from Easter to October for touring caravans and camping. The site is on a peninsula of land in a sea loch and guests are very welcome to walk around the campsite and use the small shop at reception.

As public transport is limited in this rural area, we recommend that you have a car. Parking is no problem. Ullapool can get busy in the high season, but there is a large central car park.
