Let me start by saying we have had some terrible experiences with other hosts in the past, and Ryan was a breath of fresh air. Not in our business, but simultaneously taking care of everything. This was a last minute book, and there weren’t any other options in our price range after our last host sold the house mere days before we were to arrive. The house is plain but has everything you could possibly need on a brief stay, whether you’re cooking your own meals or going out and need fridge space for leftovers!! The neighborhood isn’t the best, but we didn’t have a single bad experience. The yard needed mowing but it’s spring and my yard at home is probably worse than that. It is SO close to the riverwalk district you can literally just walk there, or Uber for a few dollars. Would definitely stay there again.

Photos are accurate to what the place actually looks like, asked to check-in earlier was denied due to it not being cleaned yet, understandable, though upon check in time wasn't given a code to get in and when asked to be provided a code got asked to wait half an hour longer due to beds being unmade, refused to do so due to a tight schedule and just asked to get let in. Actual liens was brought 40 minutes later, trash bags were also brought but with no container. Quick response time from the host throughout the process.

Ryan was my first host from Airbnb and did an amazing job at making me feel right at home! The house was clean and easy to check into. Ryan was extremely responsive and helpful, providing any information I needed almost immediately.
