We needed a place to stay for the night to see a concert at Live Oak Pavilion (two couples). Location was perfect within walking distance to the concert venue so no worrying or paying for parking....as well as lots of restaurants and the Wilmington River Walk. The price we paid for the night was less than one hotel room for each of the two couples that stayed in the home. Very nice home, clean beds, clean towels and anything else needed for a nice stay. Would definitely recommend!
Kim was an awesome host. Your house is darling and extremely beautiful and clean. Would highly recommend and come back to. Sweet little find.
Great place to stay good energy
The place was immaculate. The home was news and was beautifully decorated. The location was great and was in walking Distance of many places to eat or grab a coffee.
This is an ideal spot if you want a neighborhood experience if you're staying in Wilmington. The house is clean, contemporary, yet very cozy. Also, that One Tree Hill bridge is nearby, so this would be an ideal place to stay for fans of the show. Would love to stay here again.
