We are return customers to River House in Louisville. We love the beautiful river view and the calm and peace that comes with it. The interior is clean and bright with little amenities scattered throughout. Micha is an excellent host, and happy to accommodate if there is a need. We give this rental our enthusiastic endorsement.

This home is just perfect! It's better than the pictures. From the location to every small and cozy detail this place feels like home. Every amenity you can think of is offered and then some. This home is spotless, beautifully decorated and you relax as soon as you walk through the front door. The view and the space in this home are perfect for a few couples or a family to easily spread out and enjoy! We will be back for sure!

What an beautiful place! We stay at a lot of BNB's and this was one of the best appointed ever. Everything you needed (and more) was available in the kitchen and the bathrooms. And there were plentiful supplies of things like TP and paper towels. All too often at other properties you end up having to go out to buy these items or basic items like soap or plastic wrap. They even provided lots of coffee, tea and creamer/sugar, The additional gifts of bottled water, s'mores makings and champagne (we stayed NYE) were especially appreciated! It was spotlessly clean as well. We loved having the cozy fireplace and soft blankets in the living room with enough space for all of us to hang out. Terrific sized dining table too - perfect for lots of game playing. The only minus would be the "3rd bedroom". It's a sunroom that was quite cold despite the provided heaters and the pull out couch bed isn't be best for 2 adults. We had a wonderful time, thank you Micha!
