Covered parking & plenty of driveway space if you would like to bring your boat. Public boat ramp 3.8 miles away. Sit back & watch the regattas and barges. The base/main rental listed gives access to the 2nd floor and sleeps up to 4 people. If you have up to 2 additional guests, the 1st floor can be rented for an additional $50 per guest. It remains locked and vacant if you are not renting. The main house (2nd floor) has 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. The "Blue Bedroom" has a queen bed and smart TV. The primary has a king bed, sitting area, smart TV, and full bath. There is a 1/2 bathroom in the hall across from the "Blue Bedroom" **NOTE: The full bath is located in the primary bedroom and has a jetted tub. The main house has a fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer. If you have 5-6 guests or want to rent the 1st floor for the 3rd bed PLEASE READ BELOW: If your group totals 5-6 people, the 1st floor MUST be rented at an additional $50 each for the 5th & 6th person. This ADDS access to 1st floor queen-sized sleeper sofa, efficiency kitchen, eating area, and full bath. If you want to rent the 1st floor with only 1-4 people in your group, you can book the 1st floor by adding a 5th person. This will give you access to the full 3 beds and 2.5 baths. The 1st floor has a queen-sized sofa bed with an upgraded memory foam mattress and support board system to prevent sagging. This area has an efficiency kitchen, eating area, and full bath with step-in shower. Access to this area is from the 1st floor only and under the carport. To reach 2nd floor there are exterior stairs that are covered. *If not rented, the 1st floor stays vacant and locked.
