There are three beds (Queen bed in the Master BR, a Twin XL over Queen bunk bed, and a Queen pullout couch) and two bathrooms in this cozy home. Come to Holly Lake Ranch to experience all the amazing amenities (some - like golf - are an additional charge). A few amenities are temporarily unavailable due to some changes at the Ranch! Majority of available amenities are on the west side of the ranch. Brand new kitchen appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher, Air Fryer Stove). Two Full Bathrooms consisting of Shower/Tub combo and the other is only a Shower. New washer and dryer on site. Large table in dining space with an additional four bar stool off the kitchen bar. Love seat and sofa bed in Livingroom. Not pictured is the patio furniture (being delivered prior to booking). Front porch has four lawn chairs. Pots, pans, utensils, keurig, filtered water and seasoning available to guests along with blow dryer, bedding, mini ironing board and iron, walk-in closet, and storage options. Area is peaceful and has many amenities.
