Welcoming Spacious sunny bedroom and bathroom in private area of house. 5 minute drive to downtown Wolfeboro. A mile to Albee Beach. 10 min walk to the Nick recreation area. Five min drive to Brewster Academy. Parking for boat and trailer. 3 minute drive to free boat launch. Fire pit, above-ground pool and deck, BBQ and patio area. Coffee, microwave and small fridge/freezer in room. Upstairs bed and bath are for your private use with a door to close at the top of stairs for privacy. When you walk in the front door of the house, you will see the stairs right there. At the top of the stairs, there is a door you can close behind you. There is another door to go through to the right. That is the bedroom. The bathroom is straight ahead a bit to the left. These two areas are exclusively for the use of the guests. Outside, there is a patio with jacuzzi to the right of the house for outdoor sitting, BBQ and fireplace . In the backyard, there is a heated, above-ground pool with a large deck. The patio and pool are shared space. Rules.. The hot tub, pool and gas grill is available by permission only. The Owner is the only one to open and close the hot tub. The hot tub and the swimming pool close @9:30 no exceptions
