The building is right on the sand so there is no real walk once you go down from the apartment to get to the beach. Great beach, peaceful and not crowded. Great for families with kids. Small swim pool but clean and nice with chairs and tables around it. The apartment is good for the price. It’s not the most fancy but it gets the job done of being on the beach and having a nice view from the balcony and the living room to the beach. For the price compared to big brands hotels, I think this is a perfect choice and I will definitely stay again when I visit the area next time. Antoni was very nice and responsive, he let us check in an hour earlier and an hour late.

Antoni was friendly & responsive and tried to remedy a not very good situation the best he good (returned cleaning fee). AirBNB was not cleaned from previous guest when we arrived. We then had to move to another AirBNB in the building, but could not stay there & had to move back after cleaned. With a kiddo & beach gear, this was miserable. The AirBNB after being cleaned was just okay. You can tell it was put together as quickly as possible to rent out, nothing special. There are stains from where water is coming in on the walls. All the hardware is rusted throughout. There was an eyelash left out from prev. guest on kitchen counter. Bugs (ants?) crawling all around kitchen. Bedroom furniture does not fit in bedroom, it is squeezed in so tightly. The air works well in kitchen but doesn't make it back to bedrooms so is hot. The location is amazing - you are truly right on the beach and the pool while small is just right. The location is an A, but this unit has so much unmet potential.

Stayed here with my best friend!! It was perfect for us! Nice quiet area and very clean condo!
