The apartment was cozy, and fantastically located within walking distance (if you wanted) of downtown. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and relaxing. Instructions for entering were clear and easy to follow. Instructions for cleaning up before check-out were also clear and easy to follow.

I have stayed in Catherine's place multiple times while working away from home. It is comfortable and clean, near downtown the university and hospitals, and it's a great value! Highly recommended.

Catherine’s apt was a real treat. In a business that sadly seems to be trending towards minimal amenities and corporate blandness (I BnB a lot), the attention paid to decor, lighting and comfort of Catherine’s apt really stands out. I especially appreciated the thoughtful amenities like the abundance of smartly placed lamps, the phone charger by the bed, the lovely quilts and bed covers, the magnifying makeup mirror (that lights up), the wonderful soaps and perfumed oils, the real (and beautiful) set of matching dishes w full set of matching glasses, the fully stocked kitchen with a complete set of stainless steel pots and pans so that one could truly cook a meal, the shelves stocked with board games, the tasteful real-home furniture including practical things like a shoe shelf. These details made me feel at home as opposed to simply having a place to sleep. Also, the location was ideal for walking to downtown or to ETSU, the bed was very comfortable and the entire apt was spotless.
