Maria was an amazing host, her place was absolutely beautiful, with the amazing views of the sea, tons of space for the family and even for those who want some flexibility to work from home as there is a separate office space and other rooms are also equipped with desks. The place is conveniently located to the airport, train, 2 mins walk to the beach and everything Nice has to offer. Maria has also proactively provided the local restaurants recommendations which were an absolute hit for our family.

Avons été très bien accueillis, chaleureusement.Appartement Triplex magnifique, étions avec nos petits enfants.Confort très moderne, emplacement rêvé,à 2 mn de la plage et de la Promenade des Anglais 👍🏻,commerces au pied de l’immeuble, restaurants multiples, pas de bruit ,climatisation,terrasse aménagée avec vue incroyable , Tram au pied de l’immeuble et cerise sur le gâteau : parking privé au sous sol de l’immeuble !! Je recommande vivement ce logement ! Nous avons adoré ce séjour…nous reviendrons chez Maria c’est sûr

The place is a gem in center of Nice! Fully equipped and literally steps away from the beach. Kids enjoyed very much the music instruments and sport equipment, while we loved spending our time on the rooftop watching sunset. Parking is inside the building. We would love to come back to this place! Thank you so much Maria!
