Antoni was very accommodating. Responds in a timely manner. Very friendly. The property was in a great location. Beach was secluded and not too busy.

Great location, beautiful beach and water, comfortable layout, view was serene but compromised by barrier dunes. Easy walk to beach. Clean and as advertised.

There are several really good things about this place, but also some not so good. I'll start with the good. The local area is pretty and really quiet. The beach is clean. It was convenient being able to go right out the door to the beach in just a few steps. The place was mostly clean. The furnace filter was black and overflowing with collected dust. The filter was duck tapped onto the furnace, and each time the furnace/air came on, there was a high-pitched squeal because the fresh air was having such a hard time getting through the furnace filter. This made it extremely hard to sleep at night. The bed was a bit uncomfortable, and the mattress leans into the middle of the bed. The frame isn't attached to the bed, so when you roll over, the whole bed shakes. The bathroom window has black mold in it. That should be cleaned before any renters stay. We couldn't get the water in the kitchen to get hot enough to was dishes, so we messaged Antoni. He sent someone to fix it the next day.

The unit is a ground floor unit with windows facing the beach. The drawback is the sand dunes that have been put in place to rehab the beach from the hurricane this past summer and then a major storm a month or so ago. Because of the dunes you cannot see the beach or water unless standing up. Also signs are posted not to walk on the dunes but the signs are ignored. It was generally a peaceful stay. I was in a wheelchair while there and only went outside a couple of times. It was cool and overcast, but I was at the beach, that’s all that mattered. The unit is small. Good for a couple, or maybe a small family but not 2 couples. No seasonings at all if you are planning on cooking. Not even salt and pepper. The switch marked “lamp” is for the dining table lamp, but there is a switch on the cord which needs to be left in to use wall switch. Also the big lamp arching over by the couch has a foot switch. Antoni is very communicative. Bring your own washcloth. I would recommend this unit.
